Laura Linney

Laura Leggett Linney (born February 5th, 1964) is a famous American actress. She is the recipient of many awards, including two Golden Globe Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards, and was nominated for 3 Academy Awards and five Tony Awards. Linney first made her Broadway debut in 1990. After getting Tony Award nominations for the 2002 revival of The Crucible, the original Broadway productions of Sight Unseen (2004), Time Stands Still (2010) The Musical, My Name Is Lucy Barton (2020) and the new production of The Little Foxes. The actress won her the first Emmy Award in 2001 for the film on TV Wild Iris. Subsequent wins came from the comedy Frasier 2003-2004 and the short-form series John Adams 2008. In 2010, she starred until 2013 in Showtime's The Big C. This series won her an Emmy Award in 2013. From 2017 through 2022 she was participant in the Netflix series Ozark, a crime drama. Ozark.
